Your Annual Health Assessment

Scottsdale Premier Care is an annual experience, with member services offered throughout the year.   However, one of the great benefits of Scottsdale Premier Care is your annual health assessment.  Our exam and experience, is broader than what may be covered by typical insurance.  As most people have experienced, traditional commercial (and Medicare) health insurance provides limited prevention screening annually, not to mention during a limited amount of time with your provider (average of 15 to 30 minutes).  As part of SPC’s member health care service, Dr. Marshall will reserve at least a full hour for this visit and provide you with a thorough overview of your vascular health.  During your follow-up visit Dr. Marshall will review the results of your physical and take it a step further by helping to you to develop a nutritional, lifestyle and stress management plan.  These goals will be revisited throughout the year in hopes of creating healthy accountability and noticeable improvements.

SPC Annual Health Assessment vs. “Executive Physical”

Members of Scottsdale Premier Care will receive many of the same services that an executive physical provides, though will occur in one convenient and comfortable location. What makes the Scottsdale Premier Care annual health assessment different than an executive physical is that Dr. Marshall provides ongoing medical care, implementing the wellness plan throughout the year as well as dealing with any acute illnesses that may arise, whereas the executive physical only provides medical care for one visit and possibly a follow-up appointment.
